From Corporate Career to Founder & Principal of Sensei Red Lotus LLC + Transformational Life Coach + Speaker...

2025 is the year I follow my true purpose. I am here to serve as a vessel to help people transform their lives and become the best versions of themselves.

Seen, Heard, Valued, and Respected in a Safe Space for Deep Reflection. This is My Commitment to My Clients.

Stephanie's Transformational Life Story

(Gen X) Single Mother of a (Gen Z) Daughter

Together, we made the bold move (4,968 miles) from Hawaii to New York in the Summer of 2012 to start new lives. It’s been the best decision for us both.

Reset, Refocus, Readjust, Restart

These four (4) Rs have been and continue to be the catalysts for the chapters of my transformational life story. Each decade of my life (from my 20s through my 50s) has presented its share of challenges to overcome. I persevered. I spent much time in deep reflection and made conscious choices for my higher good.

The keys to becoming the best version of myself have been and continue to be:

  • Forgiveness
  • Releasing what no longer serves me
  • Knowing my worth
  • Grace under fire
  • Being the calm in the storm

Books significantly influence our lives by expanding knowledge, fostering empathy, enhancing critical thinking, and providing entertainment and inspiration, ultimately shaping our understanding of the world and ourselves.

During my undergraduate communications studies at the University of Hawaii at Hilo, these books were significant in my journey of self-discovery. More so, these books helped me to understand our global community and its people.

As for my Transformational Life Coaching Practice, I will be leaning into and applying the academic teachings of Joseph Campbell, William Issacs, Jungian Psychology (Carl Jung), and Wisdom Circles (C. Garfield, C. Spring, S. Cahill).
