SCOPE OF SERVICES

Sensei Red Lotus offers Transformational Life Coaching services for individuals and groups.

The Transformational Life Coaching services of Sensei Red Lotus does not substitute for medical health care, mental health care, financial advice, and/or legal advice.

Sensei Red Lotus offers public speaking engagement services for motivational speaking, keynotes, corporate events, non-profit events, industry-specific events, and virtual events.

Active Participation:

Clients are expected to actively participate in the coaching process, including completing assigned tasks and providing necessary information. 

Honesty and Transparency: 

Clients are expected to be honest and transparent with their Transformational Life Coach.

Punctuality:

Clients are expected to arrive on time for scheduled coaching sessions. 

Self-Responsibility:

Clients are responsible for their own choices, actions, and results.

PAYMENT

Fees:

Coaching fees per each selected TLC Package are payable upon booking of the appointment and/or as per the terms of the payment plan (i.e., payment due every 2 weeks, payment due monthly).

Automatic Retries:

Paperbell (client portal) will automatically attempt to process the payment for 10 days after the initial failure.

Notifications:

Stripe (payment system) sends notifications to the client during the retry period.

Client Responsibility:

The client is responsible for updating their payment method and clicking "Retry" in Paperbell (client portal): https://app.paperbell.com/client

Post-10 Days:

After 10 days, both the client and the provider receive an email confirming the payment failure and that automatic retries have stopped.

No Automatic Cancellation:

Paperbell (client portal) does not automatically cancel the client's access, even if the payment fails.

Refund Policy: 

All Transformational Life Coaching (TLC) Packages are non-refundable.

Information Protection:

Sensei Red Lotus will keep all client information confidential, except as required by law.

Exceptions:

Sensei Red Lotus may disclose information if there is a legal obligation to do so, or if a client poses a risk to themselves or others.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Email Notifications:

Clients must provide 24 hours notice via email to the Transformational Life Coach for cancellations and/or rescheduling of TLC 1-on-1 Sessions.

Mutual Agreement:

Either the coach or the client may terminate the coaching agreement with 30 days notice.

Non-Compliance:

The coach may terminate the agreement if the client fails to comply with the terms and conditions.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

No Guarantees:

Sensei Red Lotus is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from the life coaching services. 

Not a Substitute for Therapy: 

Life Coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment.

Materials: 

All coaching materials and resources provided by the Transformational Life Coach are the intellectual property of Sensei Red Lotus and may not be copied or used without permission.

AGREEMENT

By engaging in Transformational Life Coaching services with Sensei Red Lotus, clients agree to these Terms and Conditions. 

By engaging in Public Speaking Engagement services with Sensei Red Lotus, clients agree to these Terms and Conditions.
